The VacuPowerlift is the economic answer to almost all handling tasks.

No matter what you want to handle for example cardboard boxes, feed machines, metal or wooden sheets, lift barrels or even stone plates. The VacuPowerlift offers an intelligent solution to almost any task.

You can literally kill two birds with one stone as the VacuPowerlift requires only one action from the operator for gripping and lifting - vacuum.

Design and operation:

The VacuPowerlift is a totally closed system. Via the valve unit athmospheric air is fed into the system. When the valve unit is opened wide, a huge amount of athmospheric air enters the system and the tube lowers. When the valve unit is closed the tube compresses.

Safety:

The VacuPowerlift is a totally safe system. The relation of a minimum of 2.5 times suction area to tube area guarantees that loads stay safely and reliably engaged. In case of a power failure an integrated non-return valve closes the head of the lifting tube and engaged loads are lowered to floor in a slow and controlled fashion.

Function:

Vacuum lifters all work after the same pattern. A suitable quantity of suction plates achieves an optimal sealing between the work piece and the vacuum lifter. The built up under pressure basically presses the work piece to the vacuum lifter. With the transport units (crane, rail system etc.) the work piece can be moved.

Safety:

All lifters have a reliable safety system. A vacuum tank (in most cases integrated into the construction of the device) and a non-return valve prevent an airing via the vacuum pump and at the same time build up a vacuum store in case of a power failure. All lifters are equipped with visual vacuum gauges and additionally an acoustic or optical warning unit that instantly signals a decrease of the vacuum or a power failure.
