Quick Wood System PRO 1100-1400 Designed for finish sanding and sealer sanding/de-nibbing of three dimensional work-pieces, or items with profiles. Raised panel and flat doors, drawer fronts and moldings, hardwood or MDF.
The machine is equipped with 1.5 hp main motor, which drives the rotating carousel. Rotation speed is variable in the range of 4-28 rpm. Placed on the carousel are 4 stationary gear heads with 2 spindles each, for a total of 8 sanding heads.
The spindles are driven by four (4) 2 hp motors. 4 turn to the right, and the remaining 4 turn to the left. Spindle speeds are adjustable in the range of 200-1200 rpm, by means of a frequency inverter.
A 2 hp conveyor drive is adjustable in the range of 6-46 fpm.
Finally, a 1 hp motor controls the height adjustment of the sanding heads.
All speeds are adjusted and indicated digitally on the control panel.
The control panel is a free standing unit with cable connections in front of the sander offering the operator easy access and visibility to the panel from different working positions.
The machine is also equipped with our latest "quick change" spindles. This allows the operator to change from one sanding tool to another in a matter of minutes.
This feature proves highly efficient when abrasive changes are required quickly, on short notice.
The Sander requires five connections to dust collection each 6.5" in diameter. We recommend a minimum collection effort of 3500 CFM.

FC 4 chair sander The FC4 is our new automatic chair sander. The sander works like a CNC machine where the axes are sanding head. The machine is programed with a joystick and is customize ones to each different chair. Ones the chair is in the system the machine can automatic sand the chair in 1 minut.
CD2_300 The CD2/300 linear sander is for smaller shops that need to run mouldings. This machine is built up in segments where you can add options that you need. The standard machine comes with two top spindles (2 x 0.55kW) and a roller conveyor to feed the pieces through. The machine comes variable speed control on the sanding spindles and conveyor speed 10-50 f/m. The machine comes standard with Right side sander 6" head to sand right side of moulding. Left side sander 4" head to sand left side of moulding.Speed control on all motors The machine is normally used with Quick-strip brushes for the white wood sanding. If you want to use this machine for sealer sanding normally the QuickDiscs and Nylon is used (QD+QN). The machine comes with the QuickWood Quick Change spindles if you need to change spindles to do both operations.
