The Sandrite C is a sanding machine with 1 combi unit (contact roller + sanding pad). This type offers the possibility to calibrate and sand the finish. Some standard features of the machine are the electronic sanding belt tracking, pneumatic sanding belt tension, elektromotive height adjustment, digital read-out feed table position, heavy sanding belt motor power, heavy frame construction.

The sandrite top sanding wide belt sanders are designed for the smaller company needing to sand solid wood and, depending on the equipment, veneered workpieces as well.

The 1100 or 1300mm working width machine is available in two basic models, namly one single combi-head (C) and with two heads, a contact roller and a combi unit (KC). Due to the excellent price-quality ratio the investment in a Sandrite machine will soon be recoverd.

When required the basic models C and KC can be equipped with an electronic pneumatic controlled sanding pad (anti-dubbing) or with a segmented pad on the combi-unit. In this way veneer sanding is possible without any problem.

The Sandrite KC is equipped with one contact roller and one combi unit. This type has more possibilities : the same result can be obtained in just one pass whereas with the type C you need two passes. At the same time the second sanding unit, the combi unit, offers two different possibilities for finishing : sanding with 2 contact rollers for a perfect result on workpieces which need to be cross grain sanded or sanding with the contact roller and the sanding pad for a perfect result on panels which are to be sanded in the wood grain direction.

The lacquer sanding and fine finishing machine Elite LAC has been especially designed for sanding of primed and filled surfaces as the final preparation before they are being lacquered. At the same time materials such as MDF, lacquer supports and other similar materials can be fine finished. The Elite LAC can be delivered in 1100 and 1300 mm working width having 1 or 2 contact rollers. The large diameter of the contact roller provides for a large contact area with the workpiece to be sanded.
