Infinitely variable guide jaws with material sparing slide protection coating for edge veneer up to 50 mm width and 1,2 mm thickness. Large adjustable latitudes of decoiler. Robust construction made of aluminium diecasting. Straight or curved workpieces can be quickly foiled flush and overlapping. The edge trimmer AU93 trimms both edges simultaneously. For edges up to 40 mm width. For wider edges the trimmer can be disassembled and each half can be used on its own. The KG94 trimms the belt with a clear cut. It is suitable for trimming PVC, melamine, polyester, veneer etc., max. 1,2 mm wide. Delivery: professional system, containing glue-on edge AG98, edge trimmer AU93, edge banding device KG94 and rebate fence, in a safe styrofoam insert block.

PM2000
The PM2000 is an innovative one man hand operated hot melt shaped edgebanding machine, which completely revolutionises the process of applying edging material to a variety of shaped or straight edges. The machine is fitted with a glue pot which applies glue directly to the material via a screw fed glue roller. The heat up time of the glue pot is approximately 6 minutes.
